Wholesale Terms
STOCKISTS
Before you can place a wholesale order, we need to verify the legitimacy of your store. We just need to ask a few questions about your company such as brick and mortar address, retailer's independent website, and social media handle. Failing to provide needed information can result in denial of your wholesale orders.
RESALE
Resale is absolutely NOT permitted on third-party selling platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace. Resale is only permitted in-person and/or on a retailer’s independent website.
ORDER MINIMUMS
Minimum Opening Order/Reorder: $100 USD (+ shipping)
Minimum Quantities:
Greeting Cards: 4 greeting cards per design
Notepads: 4 pads per design
Notebooks & Planners:
Bookmarks: 4 bookmarks per design
Vinyl Stickers, Sun-catchers, & Decals: 6 stickers per design
Paper Sticker Sheets: 6 sheets per design
Keychains & Pins: 6 per design

PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Payments will be processed exclusively through our website and Faire if you are ordering through our Faire Wholesale storefront.
FULFILLMENT TIMES
Our fulfillment time for wholesale orders ranges from 3-7 business days. If your order requires additional details like packaging or barcoding, that could extend the fulfillment time.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If your orders are damaged in transit or you received defective items, we are committed to replacing those so that you receive the entirety of your order in good condition. To have your order/items replaced, please email wholesale@amwthestudio.com with images of the damaged or defective items.
If you order through our Faire page, you may be able to make a return through Faire and should contact them directly.
PACKAGING
All items should be displayed and sold in their original packaging. All items packaged as sets must be sold as sets. Removing items from their original packaging or breaking up sets may result in denial of future orders.
PHOTO USAGE
Retailers are permitted to use our product photography for their own websites and social media channels. If you choose to do this, we ask that you properly credit us for all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest). Failure to credit us may result in denial of future orders.
Photos may be downloaded directly from our website for use ONLY by our retailers.
Please also note that failing to properly credit us can have a negative impact for both AMW the studio and the retailer’s reputation. To avoid being accused of stealing and copying our products, we ask that you clearly credit us for using all of our product photos.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Buyers in some European countries are currently able to order our products through our Faire storefront: https://faire.com/direct/amwthestudio
Countries supported by Faire include: the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland.
Please note that lead times are longer for international orders and shipping can take up to 4 weeks or more due of the current global supply chain issues.
